Hello again - welcome back!
Oh who doesn't love dancing.....? Well Jo and I certainly do - we have both been known to get jiggy with it on more than one occasion....not always out and about either - sometimes in the living room....or the deck...or the kitchen........eek!
Corgi and the Moose LOVE dancing - big surprise here I am sure as it is clearly in the genes(?), so it is time to post a couple of adorable pics of the girls twirling, spinning and ........running (!!), at their dance class.
Neither Jo or I did dancing when we were little, so we are LOVING the whole dancing experience with the girls - sometimes it would seem that we love it more than they do....well Moose is a grumpy little dancing bean most of the time, but Corgi is right into it - has natural ability and talent I think!
Here's what our adorable little gems look like........
Moose calls this move a 'spin around'......check out princess corgi! What a cutie pie!
This dance move is called 'the running away from the class'.....all style, grace and an awesome sense of cooperation.......our girls!
This move is called 'follow the leader in the wrong direction', as you can see, Moose is leading the pack ......again....*sigh*........ what will become of my Moose?
Have the most brilliant day everyone!
Hugs
Corgi and the Moose is a blog about 2 Brisbane 3 year old girls, who met at daycare as babies and became best friends. Jo, the mother of Corgi and I have also become great friends and this is our blog about the girls, their lives and the funny little things they do...watch this space for more Corgi and the Moose activity...

Corgi and Boo Boo - the love story.....
As mentioned previously, when you are welcomed into the homes of Corgi and the Moose it is with open arms - literally!
Here's a little diddy about princess Corgi and her love for Boo Boo the geriatric cat!
Loving animals of the furry kind is what little kiddies do right? RIGHT! Corgie - bless - loved her Boo Boo so much that she thought the strangulation hold was an act of endearment....a suffocating head lock was a way to let Boo Boo know that she was loved....poor Boo Boo couldn't defend herself! Apart from the fact that her pussy cat voicebox was blocked by the gripping hands of Corgi - the shock from the entensity of Corgi's love nearly put her into her cardiac arrest! Remember we are talking about a little girls brain here - where love knows no bounds, has no limits and ALL physical affection is taken and delivered with the intent that it is desired......*sigh*
Happy ending here too people - Corgi and Boo Boo - the love story continues......forever and ever - amen! (Did I mention that Boo Boo is old - like seriously OLD?!) Perhaps not forever and ever then.....but Corgi loves her all the same.....
Hugs

Moose, Miranda and the chicken great escape.......
Baby chickens....I LOVE chickens.....as pets!! And of course there wouldn't be a family out there who hasn't had a funny experience with a random (or in our case - not so random!) child....
For those of you who are familar with the carry on of the Moose's mother, will know that her obsession with Sex and the City travels far and wide.......how does this relate to chickens I hear you ask? Have a guess............................................................................................................................................................
YES you are right - I named my chicken 'girls' after my other 'girls' from Sex in the City (aka Charlotte, Carrie, Samantha and Miranda)
This story involves 'girl' chicken Miranda....it has a happy ending people so don't tune out just yet!
One fine sunny Friday morning, I was minding my own business in the kitchen, doing very important mummy business - when I hear a high pitched scream of spine chilling proportions!! Miranda (bless her little heart) was attempting the great escape - assisted by (willing) partner in crime Moose. Poor precious Moose had the 3 year old thought, that letting Miranda out would be a fun idea.........and then in a split second later - thought better of it (Phew!) BUT she closed the chicken coup latch on her little yellow fluffy chicken body....peep peep Peep PEEp PEEEEP PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP was Miranda's escalating panic cry for help, while Moose continued to wail uncontrollably! Poor Miranda and Moose - bonded for life (and scarred!) by the mutual traumatic experience.....
Funny.......NOW!
Till next time

How did we get here?
Hello again
Well - what a day it has been! It is school holidays and work is as crazy as ever and the moose is complaining of a headache!?
So - I am hearing the distant rumbles of questions and comments relating to the Corgi and the Moose!! What is this blog about and how did we get here I hear you ask? Well - does it sound weird that 8 month old baby girls can become friends? Corgi's mum and I certainly thought so.....so did their nursery daycare mum! Apparently they hadn't seen any relationship between babies like the one between Corgi and the Moose.....special in every way. They played beside each other, with each other, slept in cots next to each other and did everything that they could together (without actually moving!) And when they could move - we just knew that there would be trouble......
Not only do they love playing and exploring together - they have the same taste in fashion! Check this one out.....
And this one.....
And who could resist this one....
Our little munchkins aged 2 years......
The divine Corgi and the Moose......

Hello and Welcome!
A big hello and welcome to Corgi and the Moose blog. It is time to tell a little story about 2 gorgeous baby girls from inner city Red Hill in Brisbane, who became friends for life through a random childcare encounter.
So who are Corgi and the Moose? Let me introduce you.....
Corgi is a beautiful princess flower called Remy, whose smile lightens up any room. Her partner in crime, the moose, is spirited princess Milly - the monkey of the twosome. Together they are the inspiration behind Corgi and the Moose.
When Corgi and the Moose met - they were 8 months old. These adorable angels are now 3 and the mischief they get up will keep you entertained and enthralled! From dancing to playing babies - the twosome love life - especially when they are doing these things together...
Over the coming months, we will describe the Corgi and the Moose, their funny little ways and their 3 year old hopes and dreams!
We hope you enjoy our blog as much as we will enjoy introducing you to the Corgi and the Moose.....
